Casual Consultation 

1-1.5 hour walk thru of the home, with or without the seller.  Suggested changes will be made to make the house more marketable to ALL buyers.  This includes everything from the curb appeal of the home to the backyard, and everything in between.  In addition, Margie will take notes during consultation for home owner to use as a guide for preparing the house to be market ready.

Casual Consultations 

Fee depends on the size of the home.

• Homes ranging 3,000 square feet or below - $100
• Homes above 4,000 square feet - $200

Design Consultation

This service is available by the hour or as part of a bigger package.  Margie will come to your home and work with you to rearrange your current furnishings, make suggestions for new additions, help your shop for fresh additons or just provide a fresh look.  

Fee for initial visit $100 (1 -1.5 hrs.)

$30 hourly (after first consultation) - this includes time sourcing materials

Approximately $250-300 per room

Formal Written Consultation 

1-1.5 hour walk thru of the home, with or without the seller.  Suggested changes will be made to make the house more marketable to ALL buyers.  This includes everything from the curb appeal of the home to the backyard, and everything in between.  In addition, photos will be taken to accompany the prepared written consultation for the sellers to use as a guide in preparing their home for the best return on investment.  The written consultion will be delivered within 24-48 hours of the intial walk thru, in most cases sooner.

Please note, all suggestions are made with great discretion when seller is present.  We realize homes are very personal and change can be difficult to accept.  

Formal Written Consultations

Fee depends on the size of the home.  

• Homes ranging from 1 - 2,999 square feet - $250 one time consultation fee
• Homes raging from 3,000 - 6,000 square feet - $300+ one time consultation fee
• Homes above 6,000 square feet will be considered on a case by case basis.
